How long is my rental for?
We guarantee 6 hours but aim for everyone to have their rental as long as possible! On the day of your event we start deliveries at 8AM and deliver to everyone as soon as possible, while keeping in mind party times and route efficiency. We will pick up at, or after, your selected pickup time, but never earlier.
What time will my inflatable be delivered?
We start deliveries at 8AM and give priority to earlier event times. Routes are make mid-week for the following weekend and we will reach out with delivery and pickup windows.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We are currently accepting almost every form of Credit / Debit card through our secure server through Square. We must have a card on file and it must be paid through the site so you can sign our rental agreement during the booking process.
Does the price include setup and delivery?
Setup is included in the price of your rental. Delivery is included for addresses within 15 miles of our warehouse. Beyond 15 miles, delivery fees are calculated per mile.
When is payment due? How far in advance do we need to book?
When you book is up to you, but a 50% deposit is required to reserve your rental date with the remainder due before setup. We work on a first come, first serve basis and are unable to hold your date without a deposit. Please consider placing your deposit as soon as possible during peak seasons.
What type of surfaces can the inflatable be set up on?
We will setup on grass, concrete, and asphalt. Anything set up on dirt will automatically be billed a $50.00 cleaning fee. We do not set up on mud and/or gravel.
What areas do we deliver to?
We deliver and set up to all surrounding areas including but not limited to Woodruff, Mauldin, Simpsonville, Roebuck, Moore, Fountain Inn, Greer, Taylors, Piedmont, Greenville, and Spartanburg.
What happens if I need to cancel?
If for any reason you need to cancel, we can reschedule for another available date, keep a credit on file, or offer a refund minus $10 to cover processing fees. In order to issue a refund, your booking must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your rental day. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any cancellations.
What is our weather policy?
If the forecast is not in your favor, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. We can reschedule for another available date, keep a credit on file, or offer a refund minus $10 to cover processing fees. The inflatables can operate in winds up to 15mph. If the winds do pick up during your rental, we ask for you to get everyone off and deflate the unit until the winds die back down.
If it is unsafe for us to set up due to the weather such as high winds we will offer a refund or can help you reschedule.
Are we insured?
Yes we are insured through Cossio Insurance Company. If you need proof or extra coverage just let us know in advance and we will get it for you.
